Nigerians believe that the Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo, Should resign his position for clarity on which side he belongs. But what might not be so visible right now is that, if anything is to happen, like the impeachment of the president or any other event, the position must fall into the right hands.
Resigning does not seem like the best approach for the Vice President of Nigeria right now, apart from the fear that, his life might be in danger, given the brutal nature of the present administration. Anyone preview to their dirty secrets might be in danger, for the sake of his life, it is not advisable.
But significantly, it might be better off for him to strategically remain the second in command, just for the reason that, if fate permits, the government will fall in the right hands, we deserve an intellectual and selfless person, after all, we’ve been through and Vice President Osibanjo has proven time and time again, that he is capable of making the right decisions for this country.
