Secondary School teacher, Rita Odilinye was killed for flogging a 14 year old student in Starlight Secondary School in Anambra state, after the student’s mother and relatives went to the school to attack the teacher and hitting her with a big stick on her head.
Report gathered confirmed that Rita lost consciousness immediately after the attack and confirmed dead by doctors when she was rushed to the hospital.
The mother of the 14 year old student and the relatives who attacked Rita are in the police custody while a register of condolence has been opened to pay Late Rita final respects.
