Carole Baskin 59, popularly known for her appearance in the 2020 Netflix documentary series, Tiger King for her persistent feud with Joe Exotic, is also a big cats activist and CEO of Big Cats Rescue.
She has come to lash at Cardi B and Meghan Thee Stallion for the use of big cats in the newly released video of the song ‘Wap’. Because she chose to believe the cats were ill-treated before the shoot and the video footage will encourage people to keep big cats as pets.
Being an advocate for big cats, the use of big cats in the video does not sit well with her because she believes the cats are often shocked just to oblige on the green screen shoot despite the fact that the cats were not in the same room as the singers.
The ‘WAP’ video which is heavy on sexual content was released on August 7 and has kept a spot on the Apple music chart in many countries since its release.
