“I mention Leo and Neymar…”
Christiano Ronaldo who has won it all in the world of football can’t stop winning as FIFA once again presented him with the Best FIFA Men’s Player Award during the Best FIFA Football Award Ceremony on October 23, 2017 in London.
The football has gone on a winning campaign all year on every category he is being nominated. Ronaldo in his speech during the FIFA football ceremony mentioned Messi and Neymar who were also present at the event. He said “I mention Leo and Neymar, great to be here. Real Madrid supporters, my team-mates, my coach, they all support me all year. We are in England for the first time and I win consecutive awards,” he added. “I am really glad, this is a great moment for me. I have fans all over the world.”
The football player mentioning his rivals to emphasize his consecutive wins and his fans across the globe portrays him gloating. But for what it’s worth, Ronaldo’s impact in the world of football this year has been reckoned with everywhere in the world and he cannot be denied the glory bestowed on him.
