Movie premieres in Lagos Nigeria, are gradually bearing similarities with the Hollywood Met Gala, with intentional grand attires that make people look forward to seeing what the celebrities will be gracing movie premieres with.
Instagram seems to be flooded with pictures and videos of these events and the celebrities, sure bring on bizarre, mouth-watering, controversial and stylish looks to the red carpet. And there seems to be a a better way to sell a movie faster and better.
#Ayinlathemovie was the most recent movie premiere and its red carpet event was the talk of Lagos town, those that follow the trends and styles being showcased by these celebrities.
The movie which is set to begin viewing in cinemas on the 18th of June is a biography of a popular Yoruba musician that goes by the name ‘Ayinla’. The role was played by popular Yoruba actor, Adedimeji Lateef and other prominent stars like Omowunmi Dada, TK Lani, and more.
