The curtain is closing in on this world that we live in gradually as unimaginable things begin to happen. It becomes more weird when a country such as Nigeria takes part in Sodomite acts despite the foundation of ethics,discipline and tradition the country has founded itself with.
An elderly man in Delta state brags about his shameful act publicly by taking three wives in one day and then dumps three others at will after he claims they are stubborn.
Account of the event was revealed by a Facebook user, Jeke Godwin Ejiroghene, he said, “This young man got married to three women today at okpaka town in Udu local government area of Delta State. This same man is yet to pay the other three left. According to the man, he said he would have paid for the other three today as well but they are stubborn, but he promised paying others soonest. So if your sister is in this situation what will you do or say. This is a true life story.”
Although public acts such has this over time is a matter of choice and capabilities of taking care of the objects which are the women in this situation. But the society does not frown at it as much as they frown at homosexualism or transgender where one can also describe as an act of choice, but in this country, those acts are guided by the nation’s principles and even tradition as well as ethics.
Also, it seem more acceptable for a man to do things like this and get away with it and one has no reason to doubt if a woman does it she will not be castigated for a shameful act. The society needs to balance its ethics if the whole body of the society needs to function properly.
