[VIDEO] IGP: BUHARI’S DOG WON’T HID ANYONE’S WHISTLE

Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris continues to fight the nation’s democracy and funny enough, even with the law. The IGP maintains his stand over his inability to present himself to the senate over the country’s security issues and the senate’s refusal to accept the Deputy Inspector General of Police to answer the security questions remain an issue threatening the nation’s democracy and leadership.

The IGP recently quoted the Police Act laws to the senate house stating he is right to ask his Deputy be interrogated on his behalf. But the question remains, What is he so busy with? Since he has refused going to Benue state to curb the herdsmen killings.

Before his first appearance at the senate committee in charge of his case, he came with a counsel who did all the talking for him and it was also revealed that he went to court to open a case against the before appearing which led to the adjournment of the interrogation by the senate committee.

The IGP has refused appearance since then and continues to take the legislative arm for granted. A committee is being set up to look into the mater as the legislative arm of government declares the IGP unfit to hold any public office. In response to this, the IGP remains adamant saying he owes the senate no apology.

Day-in-day-out, the nation’s democracy is being threatened under President Buhari’s administration. A situation where one begins to ask who then is worthy enough to tame the entire frame in charge of this country?
