Trump Indictment: America Speaks

New York District Attorney, Alvin Bragg charged Donald Trump with a 34-man count for a New York state falsified business records from August 2015 to 2017 concerning evidence about a $130,000 payment to a porn star, Stormy Daniels in the 2016 election period.

Therefore, the judicial system sees this as an act of undermining the integrity of the American electoral system. This has opened cans of opinions from Americans who think the indictment will not hold water against the 45th American former president.

Some Americans think that Donald Trump’s indictment is not tangible enough to put him behind bars for good, even for those who desperately want him gone.

They also believe, since the January 6th attack on the Capitol and the search of illegal documents in his estate could not get the judiciary system to charge him, it is highly unlikely this will do any good.

Some are also concerned about the security implication of this for America. On one hand, his supporters could undermine the security of the country, given what happened at the Capitol January 6th, 2021.

On the other hand, Russia and China are big threats, who will not hesitate to pounce at any opportunity of security breach.

Trump’s supporters think that the Democrats have weaponized the judicial system to undermine Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign by orchestrating a witch hunt against him.

As of the time of this report, Trump is set to speak at Mar-a-Lago after his indictment today and his next hearing is set for Decemeber 4th and a trial if there will be any, can begin as early as January, 2024, which is the party primaries election period.
