According to Sahara Reporters, seems the story that went round during the weekend that the First Lady ha travelled to Dubai for health concerns after she complained of neck pain.
Apart from a neck pain being a flimsy excuse to travel during the pandemic against the very protocol of her husband and our amiable president, Muhammadu Buhari, it seems we totally forgot that, they often travel to the UK for medical treatment. Never have we heard any political official travelling to the Emirate city for medical treatment.
Ho could we not have read between the lines. It just might have been a summer vacation, the pandemic has left this gloom and isolation of loneliness, especially if there has not been recent visits to ‘the other room’.
And the bizarre thing is; how Dubai authorities who we were told gave new regulations against Nigerians travelling to the country, now say the regulations were only concerning the pandemic and the controls as well as the Nigerian protocols for international flights (by the way, international flights will soon commence business for international relations sake).
Bottom line, the First Lady travelling to Dubai has done us more good than harm and our ‘Hushpuppi sins’ have been forgiven, so we hope and our escape routes will be opened soon. All thanks to our First Lady.
