A Federal High Court in Abuja has refused an ex-parte application brought by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami (SAN) to stop the National Assembly from probing the reinstatement of the former Chairman of the Presidential Task Force of Pension Reform, Abdulrasheed Maina, into the civil service.
An ongoing case which was stirred up by President Muhammadu Buhari himself is about to be thrown out of court and we are getting little or no wind on the matter. Seems presidency is about to play down the probing and reinstate the culprit again.
